I have a legitimate copy + DLC of CK2 on Steam. I have a bunch of previously downloaded workshop mods that show up and work in the launcher, but I just downloaded Arumba's mod pack and none of them show up. Previously what's worked is waiting a few minutes and restarting, but it's been nearly and hour now. Activate "Enable cloud sync.." in properties for CK2. Steamorkshop mods also sometimes only show up after you had started and quit the game after suscribing. Might be people start the game before the mod had finished downloading. This is nothing to do with Steam Downloader and the API, and everything to do with the publisher of the game not enabling those who don't own the game on Steam to download workshop mods. The API Steam downloader (and similar web pages and tools) uses is a web-based API - it never had anything to do with the game itself.
